Here we have an original BBC Radio script from the early 1970's. It is in the original envelope that was sent to the actor ROY BRIMBLE.
This is the second part of Double Dealers titled 'An Ad In The Times' by Stephen Barlay.
There are some hand written annotations on the pages. On the cover there are 3 pages highlighted, these have been pulled from the bundle resisting in tears to the punched hole. These have been put back and the script is complete but they are not secure.
The envelope has the name and address of the actor typed on a label. I have blocked this out on the photographs.
I know there are lots of radio plays missing from the BBC archives, I have no idea about the archive status of this particular serial.
A great opportunity to acquire a BBC script that was owned by a radio actor from the period.
